Charter of deontology for the FRANCE A PART network

The members of the network refrain from taking real estate brokerage contracts. They exclusively represent the customer and only defend his interests.

In the same way, the members of the network refrain from having any interest in the sale of real estate property, whether it is as legal entity or physical person. The commitment of the members of the network towards their customers is contractual. Any mission is the object of a contract which stipulates, notably, the means implemented to find the property they are looking for.

The information delivered by the customer to the members of the network is strictly confidential. It cannot be spread in any way, to any person whatsoever, without prior agreement.

The network members commit themselves to supply to their customers, in a transparent process, all the information concerning the mission and in particular, the exhaustive list of detected and visited properties.

Any visit to a property by one of the network members is the subject of a visit report. It is sufficiently detailed so that the customer can make a decision whether or not to visit this property in full knowledge of the facts.

The network members commit themselves to accompany their customers up to the signature of the contract of sale.
